VowSuite Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VowSuite, a wedding planning platform operated from Florida, USA ("VowSuite," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using VowSuite (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VowSuite is a wedding planning platform that provides guest list management, RSVP collection, budgeting, a wedding website builder, a planning checklist, and a marketplace connecting couples with wedding vendors. VowSuite supports several kinds of users:
- Couples, who create and own a wedding workspace.
- Wedding planners, who may be invited into a couple's workspace, or who may request to connect with a couple.
- Vendors, who may create a paid marketplace listing, or who may appear as an unclaimed listing added by someone else.
- Guests, who can view a couple's public wedding website and submit an RSVP without creating an account.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
A couple's wedding workspace is shared among everyone who has been added to it — including an invited co-owner, a connected planner, or any collaborator a couple chooses to add. Anyone with access to a shared wedding can view and, depending on their role, edit the data in that workspace.
3. Wedding Pass and Payments
VowSuite offers a one-time purchase called the Wedding Pass ($47 at time of writing), which removes free-tier limits (guest count, website themes, and AI assistant usage) for a specific wedding. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, and pricing is subject to change.
Vendor marketplace listings are offered on a recurring monthly subscription ($49–$97/month depending on tier), which may include a free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start a trial, and the subscription will begin billing automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds: All purchases, including the Wedding Pass and vendor subscriptions, are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Vendor Marketplace
VowSuite provides a marketplace where couples can discover and, in some cases, book wedding vendors directly through the platform. VowSuite is not a party to the agreement between a couple and a vendor for wedding services — we facilitate discovery and, where applicable, payment processing, but the vendor is solely responsible for the services they provide.
Unclaimed listings: Some vendor listings in our marketplace are added by a couple, a wedding planner, or a VowSuite admin, rather than by the vendor itself, and are marked "Unclaimed." These listings reflect basic information provided by the person who added them and have not been verified or claimed by the vendor. Unclaimed listings are not bookable through VowSuite, do not receive leads, and are not eligible for featured placement — they exist for reference and discoverability only. If you are a vendor and find an unclaimed listing for your business, contact us at hello@myvowsuite.com to claim it.
Reviews: Couples may leave reviews of vendors they've worked with, including on unclaimed listings. Reviews reflect the opinions of the reviewer, not VowSuite, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content, including fake vendor reviews or vendor listings.
- Attempt to access another user's wedding workspace, guest data, or account without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to bypass security measures or rate limits.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, including guests, vendors, or other couples.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of the content you upload to VowSuite (photos, guest lists, website copy, and similar). By uploading content, you grant VowSuite a license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, displaying your wedding website to the public if you choose to publish it, or displaying a vendor's listing in marketplace search results.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you upload, including photos of guests or vendors.
7. AI-Assisted Features
VowSuite includes optional AI-assisted features (for example, drafting website copy or suggesting a starter budget). AI-generated content is always presented as a draft or suggestion for you to review, edit, and approve — nothing generated by AI is published or applied automatically without your confirmation.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VowSuite does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of vendor listings, reviews, or content submitted by other users.
VowSuite is a planning tool and is not a substitute for professional wedding planning, legal, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VowSuite and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues arising from vendor bookings made through the marketplace, guest data accuracy, or service interruptions.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting hello@myvowsuite.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
Archived weddings (where the wedding date is more than 12 months past) retain full access to the wedding website, uploaded photos, and RSVP data regardless of account or subscription status — planning tools such as guest editing, budget editing, and registry editing become read-only.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
